MAY I through your column, express my gratitude and appreciation to ATS Tyres, Worcester Road, Evesham.
Fearful of a slow puncture, and with my 85 year old mother as a passenger, I pulled onto the forecourt, to ask for advice. It was a bitterly cold Saturday, with strong winds blowing, my mother and I were immediately ushered into the warm waiting room, before we had time to sit down, my car was up on the ramp. A good 20 minutes later, after much scrutiny, the mechanic informed me that all was ok. He had checked the tyres, and put air in where necessary. On enquiring as to the cost .... No charge. Try as we might, at least to give them money for a drink, they refused.
How wonderful and refreshing, to find a company like that.
They can be sure of my custom in the future.
DREANE NEDIC, Station Road, Harvington.
