A Worcester truck and trailer service specialist is on a roll after being appointed as an accredited Iveco truck service centre.
Worcester Truck Services (WTS) in Blackpole, which supplies parts, service, maintenance and vehicle sales, has become Iveco's only specialised franchise dealer in the Worcester area out of a network of around 100 nationwide. Iveco is one of the world's largest manufacturers in the transport sector of light to heavy commercial vehicles, with the firm's Eurocargo truck leading the medium commercial vehicle sector.
The last 12 months have seen WTS invest extensively in a host of new equipment and staff training.
"The Iveco franchise award is yet another step in the company's growth plan," said WTS general manager Richard Osman. "We aim to deliver the highest levels of service to our current and future customers for all makes of light vehicles, trucks and trailers.
"Our appointment as an Iveco franchisee is a vote of confidence in the quality of work we handle.
"Iveco has a great range of vehicles and we are very happy to be able to offer our services to all those companies in the area operating Iveco trucks and light commercial vehicles."
Iveco's regional manager Adam Harris added: "Worcester Truck Services has a solid reputation for its high standards and quality service in light and heavy vehicle fleet maintenance. That's why we are very pleased to work with them as partners and to offer the best in customer support locally. With Iveco, owners and operators have access to a range of trucks that is second to none."
Based on Blackpole Trading Estate, WTS's proximity to the national motorway network, just a mile from Junction 6 of the M5, is a major attraction for customers.
Since it was established 10 years ago, the company has built a strong reputation offering a range of transport vehicle services with an extensive stock of spare parts and components for collection or delivery; comprehensive service and repair; MoT preparation; tachograph, speed limiter and brake testing facilities, and
24- hour roadside assistance on call 365 days a year via the Iveco roadside emergency response service.
