Practice manager and new dad James Hewitt leads the family-orientated team at Docker and Wilson.
He is proud of his team and the fantastic service they provide.
"Many people forget an eye test is a basic health check which needs to be repeated at least every two years," he says.
"The festive season is an ideal opportunity for you to get your eyes tested.
"You will be amazed how many people resolve to change their glasses or try contact lenses in the New Year"
"We now offer a Gold Eye Test - for a nominal fee we will photograph the back of your eye with our IMAGEnet digital camera and scan your optic nerve with our state of the art Nerve Fibre Analyser.
"Both machines allow us to identify potential sight-threatening problems like glaucoma, diabetes and cataracts at a very early stage", he said.
And Docker and Wilson now offers the latest ORTHO-K lenses to correct short sightedness without the need for invasive laser surgery.
Trained Orthkeratologist Adrian Bissell will be able to tell you if you are suitable - simply make an appointment to find out more.
During the festive season Docker and Wilson will be giving a goodie bag away to every patient who buys a pair of glasses.
