Catering equipment maker Enodis says its growth in North America has slowed as it prepared to resume paying dividends to shareholders for the first time since 2001.
The London-based seller of equipment to restaurants such as McDonald's and Burger King said second-half sales across the Atlantic were rising, but at a lower rate than between October and March.
