LOVERS of those two icons of showbiz Frank Sinatra and Shirley Bassey are in for a treat at Evesham Arts Centre on Saturday.
The Frank and Shirley Show at 7.30pm presents Phil Fryer as Frank Sinatra and Joanne Copeman as Shirley Bassey, singing the songs they would have sung during their performances at the great Vegas casinos.
The Stage praises both performers, saying that 'Joanne Copeman has the Bassey gestures to a tee and Phil Fryer has the look and sound of Sinatra'.
Tickets from Evesham Book Centre (01386 45567) and Evesham Almonry (01386 442238).
Miracle Theatre presents Aladdin or One Night in Old Bangkok on Wednesday, February 15 at 7.30pm at the arts centre.
The audience will be transported to 1905, where a small troupe of actors and musicians give us a performance of old-style music hall fun for a family audience amid ever-threatening chaos. Tickets from Evesham Book Centre and Evesham Almonry.
Jazz in the Foyer presents TJQ on Monday, February 13, at 8pm, a band formed by students on the jazz degree course at Truro College, Cornwall, which includes Evesham boy Dan Hughes. This event is sponsored by Wychavon District Council. Admission is £4 at the door.
