A leading computer company is organising a special needs exhibition in Worcester tomorrow to show how modern technology can help children with learning difficulties.

Dolphin Computer Access, which has its headquarters at Blackpole Trading Estate, Worcester, is bringing advice and help to people affected by dyslexia, learning difficulties and print impairments.

It is staging and sponsoring a new Special Needs exhibition at Worcester Guildhall, which will showcase computer access and education solutions. In order that visitors will be able to obtain expert advice on the day, the exhibition will also include support from the British Dyslexia Association, the Dyslexia Institute, the Worcester Association for the Blind and the Royal National College for the Blind.

Several special needs technology suppliers will also be attending the exhibition so that parents and teachers can experience the latest solutions from a range of different companies.

Tomorrow's event takes place between 10am and 4pm and admission is free.

Steve Hawkes, the Dolphin marketing manager, said: "Many special needs exhibitions have been running successfully across the country for some time and we wanted to bring this wealth of experience, knowledge and advice to those in the Worcester area. This is an ideal opportunity for parents concerned about their children's reading and writing skills to get first-hand advice and support. We hope that this will become a regular event."
