CLASSIC radio comedy from the 60s is brought to life on stage in the Round The Horne Revisited Christmas Special.
This new show, direct from the West End, is based on scripts from the show.
It comes complete with some of the show's memorable characters, Camp Julian from Fairyland and Rambling Syd Rumpo. There's even a pantomime horse, both ends of which fall in love with the same chorus girl.
The show promises to recreate the laughter of the original BBC shows with a mix of innuendo, clever word- play and camp comedy.
Ground-breaking in its day - it was first broadcast in 1965 - it became one of the most popular comedies on radio netting audiences of 15 million before ending in 1969.
The show opens at Malvern Theatres on Monday, December 19. Tickets cost from £14 to £20 from the box office on 01684 892277.
