THE idea that Christmas is fast approaching may come as a shock to anyone who feels that summer has only just ended, but at Chipping Norton Theatre preparations have been under way for this year's festive pantomime for sometime.
Puss in Boots, sponsored by Longborough Farm Shop, is an hilarious, magical family show about a talkative tomcat who plans to revive his master Will's fortunes.
Can he convince the King that Will is a nobleman long enough for Will and the King's daughter to fall in love? The only thing standing in the way is a horrible orge determined to cause trouble.
As you'd expect from the panto, it will feature fantastic singalong songs, lots of audience participation and of course, plenty of throwaway sweets.
Puss in Boots runs until January 7.
