THIS leadership election had captured the imagination of the Conservative Party, the media and the wider public. For the first time in years people are taking a real interest in the Conservative Party and whom they choose as their leader. There is a very simple reason for this - David Cameron.

Imagine for a second that he had not stood - do you think the country would be talking about it in any way that they are? No. Quite simply, the reason we are all so excited is because for the first time in 30 years the Party is on its way to electing a leader who represents real change and a real chance to get back into power. No wonder Labour is worried.
