THE relationship between a dying man and his nurse is one of the central themes of the new play Mompesson's Well which comes to Evesham Arts Centre next week.
The play is the second production by Kayelle, the brainchild of Norton couple Lynn and Kim Davies and will be touring until spring, including dates at Pershore and Cheltenham as well as the stop-off at Evesham next Thursday.
Lynn, who directs and acts in the play, believes it will cause some debate among the audience as Will Mompesson, played by Bill Cronshaw, speaks his mind without a care for political correctness.
"Women don't understand what goes on in a man's mind - what men are really like. You can't have a debate if neither side really understands the other's mindset," he said.
