PARISH COUNCIL: Resignation of councillor - no applications have been received. A new notice advertising for co-option on November 28 will be placed in the notice board, and in the Arch Messenger magazine, asking for applications to fill the vacancy.

Atch Lench Orchard - A request has been received regarding the provision of a dog dirt bin. The clerk will contact Wychavon District Council.

Old Notice Board - It was suggested that the school might make use of the old notice board. This would address the problem of posters being put on telephone poles close to the vicinity of the school. The clerk will write to the headmistress.

Tree Warden: A letter had been received from Worcestershire County Council asking if the parish council would appoint a tree warden. It was agreed that the chairman would talk to the public paths warden.

Rural Housing Survey: The chairman gave a brief outline of the report received from Alan Saunders, the rural housing enabler, from Wychavon District Council. Half of the questionnaires were returned, showing that a high percentage of the parish had a housing need. There was sufficient evidence to move onto the next stage. The parish council would meet with Mr Saunders, Ms Evans, a housing development officer, and a planning officer, from Wychavon District Council, to consider sites that might be suitable for development.

The next meeting will be held in Church Lench Village Hall on Monday, November 28 at 7pm.
