CONTROVERSIAL Worcestershire stage company Kayelle Productions bring their second play, Mompesson's Well, to the Artrix on Tuesday, November 22.
The company examines memory loss and identity in this new comedy-drama written by Simon Andrew-Stirling.
Stirling has enjoyed a successful career writing for some of television's most popular shows, such as The Bill, Casualty, Soldier, Soldier and Between the Lines.
The new show features main character Mompesson, played by Bill Cronshaw, a man who has lost his memory after surviving a mysterious disease.
Despite staying alive Mompesson is still slowly dying and plagued by his amnesia. He is cared for by a young nurse (Kay Little) and pursued relentlessly by a psychiatrist (Lynn Davies).
Kayelle sprung to prominence last year with their first play Wayward Women, which caused a stir with its themes of witchcraft and paganism.
