THE way the cinema has been left to go to rack and ruin is an absolute disgrace.
I walk past the spot where the guttering fell down most days with my baby and it's just not worth thinking about what would of happened if it fell on us or anyone else. The owners of the cinema have been extremely lucky nobody has been seriously hurt if not killed before now by falling debris. The cinema is now a death trap. What is the point of having it protected by a preservation order if its slowly crumbling away and it's now an eye saw of Port Street. The owners must be made to do something with it soon by either restoring it to it's former glory or knocking it down and starting from scratch. One thing is for sure Evesham is a growing town and is desperate for it's cinema to re-open.
