FAMILIES will be entertained with a tale of three vegetables in two villages next week.
Storybox Theatre will present The Pea, the Bean and the Enormous Turnip at Areley Kings Village Hall on Wednesday and at Little Witley Village Hall on Friday, November 4.
Storyteller and puppeteer, Rod Burnett, will be a tailor, who sits down to lunch to tell the tale of a pea, which finds a real princess, the biggest turnip in the world and the bean, who runs away to make his mark.
The event is organised as part of the Shindig programme of live professional arts and entertainment.
Both performances start at 7.30pm and tickets are available from Areley Kings Village Hall on 01299 826352 or 822160 and Little Witley Village Hall on 01886 888830 or 888834.
