A SUSPENSE drama about murder, blackmail and haunting is set to hit the stage of a Droitwich theatre.
Alan Ayckbourn's Snake in the Grass opens for a four-night run at the Norbury Theatre from Wednesday, October 26.
Miriam has cared for her father in the family home with the help of creepily polite nurse, Alice. On her father's death, Miriam's older sister Annabel comes home after 30 years to find daddy has left his fortune to her.
Alice complains to Annabel that Miriam has sacked her and is intent on blackmail, claiming to have evidence Miriam did away with the old man.
To find out what happens, see the play at the Friar Street venue. Tickets are £6.50 and £6, available on 01905 770154.
