SHULA Oliver, violin, and Joseph Middleton, piano, will be presenting the next Parish Music concert at St Barbara's Church, Ashton-under-Hill, on Saturday October 29.
Parish Music organise concerts of classical music in the country churches within the Beckford group.
The duo have previously played for Parish Music at the Cheltenham Festival and elsewhere as members of the excellent Lichnowsky Trio.
As a duo they have performed at the Barber Institute in Birmingham, at the 2002 Three Choirs Festival in London and in Cheltenham.
Shula is one of only four British violinists chosen to play with the European Union Youth Orchestra.
Joseph has just been made Hodgson Junior Fellow at the Academy.
At Ashton-under-Hill they will give a recital that includes the Mozart Violin Sonata in A, the Cesar Franck Violin Sonata and Olivier Messiaen's Theme and Variations.
The concert is at 8pm and admission costs £7, students free.
