A SPECIAL gig tonight will be celebrating the 40th anniversary of John Coltrane's recording of A Love Supreme.
A Love Supreme is a spiritual jazz song, and the DJs at the event will be playing a selection of other songs in the same music genre.
DJs Ape 11 and Dr Tony Beech will be presenting a selection of spiritual jazz recordings by artists such as Alice Coltrane, and Pharaoh Sanders, at The Octagon Bar, St Ann's Well Caf, St Ann's Rd, Great Malvern.
The artists explored world religions and philosophies in their approach to music.
Tonight's free event lasts from 8pm to 11pm.
