NEARLY Dan, a tribute to Steely Dan, have played to audiences at Glastonbury, the jazz caf in London, Ronnie Scott's and the Royal Festival Hall, among other top venues.
Next week, the band comes to Worcester's Huntingdon Hall for a night of class entertainment.
The ten-piece group aims to play the songs as the fans know and love them and they can expect the likes of Reeling in the Years, Peg, Babylon Sisters, Kid Charlemagne and many more.
Huntingdon Hall spokesman Curtis Fulcher said: "The lengths that each band member has gone to in order to get the sound right are enormous. The orchestration, the vocal overlaying - everything is spot on."
He added: "The music of Steely Dan is not easy to pay homage to, as it is incredibly complicated. However, Nearly Dan do this for the love of the music and their obsessive dedication has made them incredibly proficient."
