THE Everyman Theatre is staging an extra performance of its sell-out pantomime, Sleeping Beauty, today (Thursday) at 7pm with all profits going to the Indian Ocean disaster appeal.
The Cheltenham theatre hopes to raise in the region of £4,000 and tickets sold out in a record seven hours.
All staff, cast and orchestra are donating their time for free, with the theatre donating the wages they would have paid.
Sponsors, Cheltenham and Gloucester have provided a team of volunteers to do a bucket collection during the interval.
