A NEW textile exhibition has filled Ledbury's community arts centre with colour.
The fibre art display, at the Artistree, in Church Lane, features images created from colourful fabric and fibres.
Angie Hughes, from Ledbury, is one of the artists with work on display.
"It was something to brighten things up in January," she said. "We have fun with our work and the fibre art exhibition is just a focus."
She added that the exhibition had attracted some new visitors to the Artistree, who were interested in textile art.
The exhibition also includes work by Caroline Owen-Thomas, Julie Jones, Ann Jones, Jeanette McCulloch and Wendy Ruddick. It runs Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm, and Sunday, 11am to 3pm, until February 12 and entry is free.
The Artistree is also looking for contributors for an open exhibition it is holding from February 15 to March 12.
For more information telephone 01531 631839 or visit www.artistree.org.uk.
THE deadline for entries to the Artistree open exhibition is Thursday, February 3, and application forms are available from the gallery now, in Church Lane, Ledbury.
Selection will be on Sunday, February 6, and the open exhibition will run from February 15 to March 12.
