STRICTLY Come Dancing star Aled Jones is leaving his dancing shoes behind and returning to theatres nationwide in his normal guise as a singer.
The singer, who came fourth in the popular BBC1 series, will be at the Alexandra Theatre, Birmingham, next month as part of the national tour.
Forever the choirboy in the country's collective memory, Jones has since gone on to appear in musicals and is now the presenter of BBC 1's Songs of Praise.
The concert on Sunday, March 6 at 7.30pm will feature Jones, a guest soprano, and various other musicians and also retain the very popular section "Ask Aled a question" where members of the audience are invited to ask Jones a question of their choice.
The singer's biography is being released to coincide with this tour. Tickets at £18.50 are available by calling 0870 6077544.
