FRIDAY night saw Hereford rock to its roots, with a 400-capacity gig at the Royal National College raising £5,600 for the tsunami disaster recovery fund.
Martin Blake and Aidan Sheehan - aka the Whiskey River Boys - opened to an already crowded hall.
Kings of boogie The Sultana Brothers got the crowd sweating and The Big Top maintained the energy levels with its glam rock covers and big sound.
Headliners, SoulD, brought the house down with soul classics, and local brewery Spinning Dog donated 17.5% of its bar takings from the night. "It was a great way to raise the cash," organiser John Westoby said.
