FOR anyone who loves a bit of traditional entertainment, in the form of a music hall or variety night, the return of a popular show will be welcome.

Back to Back is a show by three top performers, combining sketches, jokes, costume changes and more.

They say: "If you remember balaclavas, pop bottles with stoppers and woolly swimming costumes, then this show is for you!"

Malcolm Stent and Don Maclean have written the show. Malcolm took over from Jasper Carrott as resident host of the Boggery Folk Club and is known as a true Brummie from his stage act, as well as his shows like Go Play Up Your Own End.

Don Maclean has been presenting BBC Radio 2's Good Morning Sunday since 1990. He shot to fame on television as host of Crackerjack and the Black and White Minstrel Show.

Dave Sealey was recently performing locally at The Bull's Head in Inkberrow, paying tribute to a great music hall character. He is also one half of the famous Cosmotheka band, which toured all over the country and entertained Radio 2 listeners with their rumbustious renditions of the best music hall songs.

Back to Back comes to the Evesham Arts Centre tomorrow night. Contact the box office for tickets on 01386 45567.
