THE final part of Brendan O'Carroll's hilarious comedy trilogy, Mrs Brown Rides Again, opens at Birmingham's Alexandra Theatre next Tuesday.
The story of Agnes Brown and her dysfunctional family, told previously in The Last Wedding and Good Mourning Mrs Brown, is continued in the new show when Agnes overhears a plot by her children to have her put into a home.
A spokesman said: "Agnes decides to prove them wrong by displaying a new lease of life.
"However, along the way she has to deal with the psychiatrist trying to put her in her place (or maybe away), her son's gay partner who wants to give birth, her neighbour's wait for a heart bypass and the prize raffle that never was.
"And a family secret that everyone seems to know except her."
The comedy runs until May 21, evenings at 7.30pm (no performances on Sundays and Mondays).
Tickets cost £11-18.50 from 0870 607 7533.
