PREPARATION is well under way for the first film showing at the Artrix.
New projection equipment, costing around £28,000, was delivered and fitted last week ready for the first screening tomorrow (Thursday).
The Aviator will be shown at the venue, in School Drive, at 7pm. Tickets cost £5 and £4 for concessions.
The success of the first showing will effect how many other films are booked in the future.
Manager of the Artrix, Andy Woods, said: "This will be an excellent cinema, I am looking forward to making it one of the best cinemas in the Midlands."
