NEW Hereford indie combo, Common Orange, are launching their first EP, Noize In Your Head, tomorrow (Friday) at the recently re-opened Old Harp.

The band, who have gone through various line ups and name changes, have sold out gigs at the Plough and the Victory.

Noize in Your Head boasts four original tracks, for which the band claim diverse influences. This remains to be seen; the first three songs could have been written more than 10 years ago.

The fourth - Calling You In - doesn't exactly sound fresh but is saved by a head-nodding catchy bass line and slightly intriguing structure.

At least Common Orange are getting proactive about live music in Hereford and they should be supported.

See them tomorrow night at the Old Harp on the corner of Widemarsh Street and Blueschool Street.
