BOTTLENECK theatre company presents John Barry and Don Black's Billy at Hereford Courtyard from May 18-21.
The musical starred Michael Crawford and Elaine Page in its London incarnation in 1974, since when neither star has looked back.
Based on the novel Billy Liar, the show tells the story of Billy Fisher, an undertaker's clerk who dreams his way through life.
Having got himself engaged to two girls, and loving a third, Billy attempts to extricate himself from his tangle amid some wonderful songs.
