THE year's most talked about band have announced two more gigs at the Birmingham Academy.
Bloc Party, widely aclaimed by the press as the new saviours of British pop music, are now bringing their distinctive mix of pop and punk music to the venue on October 13 and 14.
The band's critically acclaimed debut album Silent Alarm, has already sold over 300,000 copies worldwide.
