POLICE in Worcestershire have launched their annual anti drink-drive campaign.
West Mercia Police’s Operation Christmas Presence was launched yesterday in a bid to raise awareness of alcohol-related crime and anti-social behaviour during the festive period.
Operation Christmas Presence aims to remind people to think before they drink during the festivities.
Christmas can be a time when alcohol-related crimes increase, so officers also want to hammer home the message about not drinking and driving.
The campaign will also see more officers on the city’s streets during the Christmas period.
