LIAM Edwards’ first-half hattrick inspired Falcons Youth Under 13s to a 10-0 win over Westside Wanderers in Mercian Festival Junior League Division One.
Youth were six goals up by half-time with Jonny Reading, Tal Baker-Phillips and Chris Nesbitt also on target.
Nesbitt contributed three assists as well before four more goals arrived in the second period to give Falcons their biggest victory of the season.
Tom Day was voted playerof- the-match.
Leaders Northside Tigers took away Warndon Villages Vipers’ unbeaten record with a 7-0 victory in Division Two.
Tigers are still undefeated after dominating against gallant Vipers for long spells in windy conditions.
The impressive Brandon Beasant scored a brace along with Luke Obrey’s excellent lob, Charlie Mckee’s 30-yard screamer and John Lee’s close-range finish.
Harry Taylor then scored a superb header direct from a corner and Jordan Wise completed the scoring with a fine run and shot.
UNDER 11s: Warndon Villages Tigers returned to victorious ways with a 6-3 triumph at Evesham United Juniors in Division One.
Attacking force Cameron Pinches was player-of-thematch.
Tigers went two goals down but Jack Davies buried a header from Pinches’ corner and Lewis Kirkpatrick levelled with a poacher’s effort.
In the second-half, Kirkpatrick and Jonathan Harrison moved Tigers ahead for the first time.
Although Juniors pulled a goal back, Pinches’ free-kick thunderbolt and Davies completed the scoring.
Oldbury Park Tigers White recorded a well-deserved 4-0 win over Newtown Sports Juniors in Division Two.
Two goals from captain and player-of-the-match George Davies capped a fine display of team-work and spirit.
Liam Duffy’s pace followed by a left-footed rocket put him on the scoresheet and the hard-working Ciran Collins added the other goal.
Keeper Dexy Jones’ solid show ensured a clean sheet.
UNDER 10s: Malvern Town Wanderers recorded their largest victory of the season by beating high-flying Droitwich Spa Wolves 6-1 in Division Two.
Wanderers fell behind early on before top-scorer Matt Cole (2), captain Jordan Roan, player-of-the-match James MacDermott (2) and Billy Coleman found the net.
