PARENTS went back to school last week to learn more about maths calculation methods at a Worcestershire primary school this month.
The maths open morning, held at the Burlish Park Primary School, near Stourport, had parents being invited to take part in maths lessons across the school, discovering the mysteries of number lines, grid multiplication and 'chunking division'.
Headteacher Janet Bickerton said: “Our pupils are very proud of the work they do and they enjoy sharing their achievements with their parents.”
