The shop, also selling a range of Christmas items including cards, gift wrap and tags, and tree decorations, has issued an appeal for good quality unwanted items, particularly children’s wear.
Simon Stanford, area manager, said: “We had wonderful support on Saturday from the people of Worcester who turned out in force to find a bargain in the new look Acorns shop. We also had a raffle with some great prizes.”
Acorns Children's Hospice offers specialist nursing care and support to life-limited children and their families.
The shop in city centre helps provide funds for the hospice on Bath Road, Worcester.
Donations can be brought into the store Mondays to Saturdays between 9am and 5pm.
