Santa and his little helpers are used to handling precious gifts and those they encountered at West Midland Safari Park were exceptional!
The latest addition to the Park's famous pride of White Lions includes another five cubs. Barely eight weeks old, the cubs - one female and four males - have been nicknamed Lucy, Oscar, Edgar, Casper and Harper.
They are already proving quite a handful for Mum Maryn and for Santa's willing crew.
Whilst the cubs will remain in the Park's White Lion Nursery for another few weeks before they join the three females born in July, Santa - along with his Elves and Reindeer - can be visited every day from 1st to 24th December 2009 for the Park's annual Santa Safari Event.
Santa Safari is now in its fifth year and also combines with the four mile, all-weather self drive safari; snowy themed Discovery Trail, incorporating Seal Island, Twilight Cave, Creepy Crawlies, Seaquarium, Mark O'Shea's Reptile World, Sealion Show, Friendly Animal Encounter, Leopard Exhibit and Santa's Reindeer - Rudolph, Blitzen, Donner and youngster, Prancer.
Santa Safari is a unique and unusual seasonal experience, incorporating the call of the wild, which operates every day from 1st to 24th December.
