CHILDREN and adults are invited to join in the countdown to Christmas during two special weekends.
Worcestershire County Council’s County Museum in the grounds of historic Hartlebury Castle, near Stourport-on-Severn, will be organising festive events during the weekends of December 5 and 6, and 12 and 13.
Children can meet Father Christmas and make their own Christmas cards. Adults will be able to browse gift and craft stalls and the whole family can enjoy a picturesque horse-drawn carriage ride and a programme which includes music by local choirs and puppet shows.
The museum will be open between 11am and 5pm on both weekends, and from 10am until 5pm, Tuesday to Friday, until December 23.
For more information call Rachael Gennard at the museum on 01299 250416.
