TWO women and a girl have been taken to hospital following a crash involving a car and a small van at Holt Fleet.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to the A4133, to the Ombersley side of Holt Fleet Bridge shortly before 5.10pm today.
Two ambulance crews, two rapid response vehicles and a BASICS Doctor attended. Police and firefighters also went to the scene.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “A small van and a car had collided.
“The woman driver of the car had neck and chest problems. She was immobilised with the use of a spinal board and neck collar and was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital for further assessment and treatment.
”A woman front seat passenger in the van had the same injuries. She too was immobilised and was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital. Her daughter, a rear passenger, had groin pain and was taken to the same hospital."
The driver of the van was uninjured.
The road is temporarily closed following the accident.
