A WORCESTER suburb has been without Christmas tree lights for the past two nights.
The huge Christmas tree on the roundabout in the Bull Ring, St John’s, was illuminated earlier in the week.
However, something went wrong and the tree lights have not been shining since Wednesday.
A spokesman for VisitWorcester, the tourism body in charge of the city’s festive lights, said it is not known why the lights are out.
An electrician, who believes it may have something to do with the time-clock that determines when the lights automatically go on, is due to investigate the problem over the weekend (Saturday-Sunday, November 18-29).
