COMPUTER hacker Gary McKinnon has hit the headlines again after he was denied leave to appeal against his extradition to the US.
The 43-year-old is accused of hacking into 97 government computers, including the Pentagon and Nasa, supposedly in the hunt for evidence of UFOs.
One side of the argument says that because he allegedly committed the crime here in the UK he should be tried here, but the other side says that a US court should hear his case.
If the latter, then he faces up to 60 years in prison.
But one main focus of the argument is that Mr McKinnon suffers from Asperger's Syndrome - a form of autism, and his intentions were not malicious.
Which side of the fence are you on? Should he be sent to the US for trial or not?
