PEOPLE are being asked to dance their hearts out for charity.

Residents are invited to a festive Tea Dance at the village hall, Peopleton, near Pershore, on Sunday, November 29, from 2.30pm until 5pm.

The event is in aid of Worcester’s St Richard’s Hospice, which helps provide vital support and care for people with life-threatening illnesses and their families. Dancers will also be able to take afternoon tea, should their energy levels start to flag.

Ann Price, co-organiser, said: “Dancing is incredibly popular and this will be a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon. There will be plenty of different dances, including ballroom and sequence, and you can come along on your own or with a partner.”

Tickets are £5 and available on the door but call Helen Morris on 01386 860045 or Ann Price on 01905 840204 before the event to ensure an accurate headcount for refreshments.
