WORCESTERSHIRE chefs are going to cook up a storm at the Good Food Show.

Visitors to the BBC Good Food Show will be tempted by culinary delights as top county chefs cook up dishes using local produce at the HEART of ENGLAND fine foods cookery theatre.

HEART of ENGLAND fine foods (HEFF), the regional food group for the West Midlands, will once again be at the BBC Good Food Show with its Regional Cookery Theatre hosting demonstrations from some of the region’s best chefs The BBC Good Food Show will be held from this coming Wednesday until Sunday at the NEC Birmingham.

Taking part from Worcestershire will be chefs Felice Tocchini from Fusion Brasserie, Stoulton, Chris von Landkammer from The Pear Tree Hotel, Smite, Anita Sharma-James from The Spice Trade, Bromsgrove, Daren Bale from The Elms, Abberley and Sara Dover from Can’t Cook Won’t Cook Cookery School, Stourport on Severn.

In addition, there will be a Great British Breakfast demonstration from Farmstay, which offers high quality accommodation across the county, at 9.30am from Thursday to Sunday.

There will also be three county producers exhibiting under the HEFF banner; Oxpsrings, Pershore, Holywell Water, Great Malvern and Churchfields Farmhouse Ice Cream, Droitwich.

HEFF will be joined by Destination Management Partnerships from across the region and together they will be showcasing the best restaurants, producers and attractions the region has to offer.

The HEFF Cookery Theatre can be found in Hall 20, stand E1.
