A MAN charged with a sexual offence and is awaiting trail has breached his bail conditions.
Shawn Rhodes had previously given no indication of plea to the sexual offences charge with a minor when he appeared at Worcester Magistrates court.
However Rhodes, aged 19, of Henwick Road, St Johns, admitted breaching his bail conditions, which included not to be in contact with anyone under the age of 16 years of age.
He was arrested outside the Malvern Theatres on Tuesday after the police had been called about some anti-social behaviour taking place outside the venue.
When they arrived they questioned the youths, and discovered Rhodes was on conditional bail, and a boy with him and the group of boys were under the age of 16.
Rhodes was given a curfew order by magistrates to stay in his place of residence between the hours of 8pm and 7am.
He will reappear in court on Tuesday for committal to Worcester Crown Court for the original charge.
