A 20-YEAR-OLD charity worker has received an award for his dedication.
Mike Cambell, finance administration with Worcester-based national charity Leukaemia CARE, beat 25 other nominees to be named Commerce Apprentice of the Year.
The award, which is organised by Worcester Group Training, looks for apprentices with an outstanding approach to achieving qualifications and a significant commitment to personal development.
Nominees are chosen from commerce, manufacturing, finance and law.
Eve Martin-Lewis, fund-raising director of the charity, said: “We are delighted Mike’s hard work, dedication and commitment have been recognised. He is a key member of our team and we are very proud of his achievement.”
