Concern is growing for a Worcestershire woman who has been missing for three days.

South Worcestershire Police have issued the picture of 23-years-old Miriam Cross, who is causing officers and her family “great concern”.

The last confirmed sighting of Miss Cross, of Hinton-on-the-Green, near Evesham was at Evesham Community Hospital on Tuesday, November 10.

A police spokesman said: “There is great concern for the health and safety of Miss Cross, who went missing previously before being found in Sussex and returning to Evesham earlier in the week.

“She is known to have friends and contacts in a number of locations around the country and we urge anyone who believes that they have information that will help us to locate her quickly to contact us straight away. Due, however, to the large number of people that she knows we are not able to pin-point any given area where she is more likely to be.”

Miss Cross is believed to be using public transport and was last seen in the Oxford/Didcot area after also being identified using the train in Reading,” the spokesman added.

She is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall, with straight, shoulder-length brown hair, hazel eyes and a pale complexion.

When last seen in Evesham she was wearing light-coloured jeans, a green-blue hooded jumper and trainers and carrying a blue and beige canvas shoulder-bag. She frequently touches the side of her face and sometimes pulls out her eye-lashes.
