Workers at Pertemps People Development Group are celebrating their support for local communities after their payroll giving scheme passed a key milestone. Employees at the company, which has offices in Shrub Hill, Worcester, have given £100,000 and supported almost 300 different causes in five years.
Two thirds of staff participate and members suggest where the money is spent. The scheme, called Give As You Earn, has donated to a range of organisations including charities, voluntary groups, schools and environmental projects.
