BUSINESS events organisation conference-worcestershire has overhauled its annual guide and website to create a detailed one-stop information source for meetings and corporate events organisers.
Both the website at conference-worcestershire.org and the new guide – called Our Little Black Book – have been designed to bring together all elements of organising a corporate event in the county, making it as easy as possible for anyone organising meetings, product launches, client hospitality or team-building days.
Contact details and comprehensive information about some of the county’s top venues and attractions are included and have been split into easy to use categories such as historic, sporting and quirky.
The re-branded eventsPlus section offers lots of information about the county’s many corporate-support businesses which offer clients innovative services.
For the first time this year the new member section just-Rooms is also showcased. It is aimed at venues which are not officially designated as such but can offer quality meeting facilities. Interest-ing event ideas, useful contact numbers, reasons to choose Worcestershire and details of how conference-worcestershire can help are also included.
Emma Robinson, head of conference-worcestershire, said: “Both our new website and our little black book are packed full of all the information that will help people to organise a wonderful event here in Worcestershire.
“The easy to use information sources give a flavour of Worcestershire as a whole, helping people to make the best informed choices without the need to trawl through dozens of websites or make numerous phone calls to find the information they need.”
Our Little Black Book is free from 01905 766895 or by logging on to conference-worcestershire.org.
