NORTHSIDE Colts romped to a 16-0 win at Nunnery Wood Lynx in Stourport Youth League Under 14s Division One.
Colts’ eight-minute opener was fortunate as player-ofthe- match Shaun Henley’s long ball forward bounced into the net over the keeper.
Henley provided Mo Baig with Northside’s second goal which opened the floodgates.
The visitors led 7-0 at halftime with Matt Armstrong, Henley, Rhys Turberfield, Connor Wise and Steve Lacroix adding to the scoreline.
Keeper Edd Weston played outfield in the second period and bagged his first goal for the club, while Wise completed his maiden Northside hattrick and Armstrong took his goal tally to five alongside a Will Sowden brace.
UNDER 15s: Unbeaten Oldbury Park Tigers drew 1-1 with fellow high-fliers Nunnery Wood Jaguars and returned to the top of the table.
Tigers went ahead through James Day on 15 minutes after a fine build-up involving Ryan Gwilliam and Josh Newbold.
Tom Baker hit the post for Park but Jaguars’ defence otherwise held firm with keeper Adam Paintin looking assured.
Jaguars were dangerous as Jack Finch and Sam Jones forced keeper Ross Williams into saves.
Fine defending and poor finishing ensured Oldbury had to make do with one goal and the visitors grabbed an equaliser with 10 minutes left through Kieran Sheen after an Azaad Khan effort was blocked.
UNDER 12s: Warndon Villages Sharks maintained their 100 per cent start with a 6-0 win at Enville Athletic.
Sharks started off on the front foot and took the lead with a deflected JJ Kealey shot before two quick James Wood goals cemented their deserved advantage.
Jai Gilchrist finished off a good move to make it 4-0 at the half-time break.
In the second period, Sharks only scored two more through Kieran Burns and Andrew Murphy despite dominating.
The Enville keeper enjoyed a superb game, saving four one-on-ones and a Liam Dayus penalty.
UNDER NINES: Nunnery Wood Scorpions won 2-0 at Warstones Wanderers with Harry Saunders and Olly Twigg on target.
■ Spirited Northside Tigers won 6-0 at Welland Juniors in Mercian Festival Junior League Under 13s Division Two.
In windy conditions, Tigers dominated and went in at half-time 3-0 up with playerof- the-match Brandon Beasant and Luke Obrey on target alongside a fine longrange strike from Tom Holt.
The second-half mirrored the first as Obrey completed a brace after a superb run and cross from Jordan Wise.
Macauley Johnson beat two players and crossed for Justin Brown to net a fifth.
The scoring was completed by Ross Joyner’s header.
■ Nunnery Wood Tigers progressed through the South Staffordshire Under 12s Cup second round with a 2-0 win at Bilston side Lane Head Colts.
Alfie Driskel netted twice as Tigers defended solidly against good opposition with keeper Toby Wilcox sweeping up well.
Playing with the wind, Driskel fired the Worcester side ahead on 17 minutes after a move involving Louis Cafferkey and Jack Dorey.
Tigers extended the lead on the stroke of half-time through the same player after he broke through the square home defence.
Lane bombarded the Tigers goal during the second period with the elements in their favour but were denied by the excellent Wilcox.
