Van pulled from Worcester canal
A VAN was pulled from the canal in Worcester this morning.
Firefighters were called to the canal bridge in Bilford Road, Astwood, at 7.10am after reports that a vehicle had fallen into the water.
While crews found a van submerged in the canal no-one was injured in the incident.
A spokesman for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said: "They searched the canal and there were no persons involved.
"The vehicle was then removed onto the bank."
