A family fun day at a Worcestershire National Trust property saw youngsters get creative with pine cones during half term.
The activity day at Hanbury Hall, near Droitwich, also gave schoolchildren the chance to explore the grounds of the historic building as they collected various items that had been hidden.
The children were also able to use their imagination and create animals and other ojects using pine cones. Ellie Green, aged 10, and Caitlin Connell, nine, transformed their cones into owls.
A spokesperson from Hanbury Hall said: “It was a busy day with lots of activities going on. The weather held out so it all added up to a fantastic day.”
