TWO new businesses have opened in Droitwich creating five new jobs for the town.
Beauty salon Tranquillity and gym Phoenix Fitness have opened at the Gaudet Luce golf and leisure complex in Middle Lane, Hadzor.
The two businesses were officially launched during an open day at the complex on Sunday.
During the day, nearly £350 was also collected for Macmillan Cancer Care.
The complex’s managing director Martin Fernihough, said: “The key to riding through any recession is relevance.
“Despite the majority of our businesses and those on the complex being in the leisure or service industries, they all offer great products and services at an affordable price and in what people want.”
