POLICE are investigating after pigs were stolen from a Herefordshire farm.
A total of 14 pigs were taken from pens on a farm in Phocle Green near Ross-on-Wye between 6pm on Thursday, October 15 and 7.30am the next day.
Thieves drove their vehicle across electric fencing in a field to reach the Saddleback cross pigs, which are mostly black and white.
The culprits also siphoned off 20 gallons of red diesel from a tractor parked nearby.
