A GROUP of children from a Worcester school have helped make maths come alive through art.
Pupils from years five and six at St George’s CE Primary School worked for two days with film-maker Rachel Lambert on an ambitious animation project, which aims to demonstrate that maths cannot exist without art and art cannot exist without maths. The two-day animation workshop was part of this year’s St George’s Big Draw project called Making Maths Arty.
All maths lessons in the school were done through drawing-based art activities.
